Core celebrates locally sourced steaks free of hormones and antibiotics from Lomo Premium Meats, fresh produce from nearby farms like Duncan Family Farms. Guided by the seasons, the cooking brings the cultures, traditions and remarkable abundance of the Sonoran Desert to your table.

Morning: Easy mornings call for effortless style. For breakfast, we kindly ask guests to leave the swimwear or cover-ups, and hats for adventures beyond the table.

Evening: Guests should dress for an elegant evening out, polished yet at ease, much like the desert that surrounds us.
